EEVEELUTION BATTLE ROYALE! (Tn by Me! (Mysterious_Firefly)) Before we get started… Since pokemon battles can vary WILDLY due to a multitude of factors (Moves, Natures, Affection, Time of day, ETC.) we will be restricting some of those so that we can make a clear conclusion within this decade. 1. Nothing that requires a trainer to get. So no TM or TR moves, No hidden abilitys, No Z-moves, no Egg moves, no Held Items, ETC. 2. All IV’s will be at their Max and All EV’s will be set to zero. 3. Since there is a four way tie in speed for the 4th-7th place any one of them moving before the other is randomized and will be treated as a coin flip. 4. The Pokemon’s starting positions will be in a circle in Turn Order going Clockwise (Everyone on the Blog voted for this) 5. Finally this will take place in Gen 9 (Scarlet/Violet) as it is the most recent region at this blogs current date 6.
